Way to go out on a limb with those predictions! Class at indy doesn't matter anymore in most stock classes.

30 months on the circuit and the value of these machines is dropping through the floor. Weren't they meant to be the salvation of Stock and Super Stock? How have they improved the overall condition of Stock and Super Stock? Looks like some FAT cats and some folks who are willing to finance everything, including their in-laws cat, are the only people running these cars. Creating this mess, just for a few cars and trucks and some spending cash for the executives - really lame.

And in those same thirty months I've not had one heads-up race with one of those cars - so how did they hurt me .............as for values - everything is worth less these days - I've got a garage full of '69 Camaros that are worth a whole lot less than a few years ago but I bought 'em 'cause I like them --- not for their resale value .........maybe some of those folks who bought the new cars enjoy them .......can't say I've heard any of them complaining .

I believe that if Jesse Kershaw called you and said he has a new CJ ready for you that would change you're mind in a heartbeat ( no pun intended ) .

It's all about money -- always has been ......always will be .The backyard deal has been gone for a very long time ............

We will see. Maybe a surprise or two out there. Bruce, there have been over 400 of these new cars sold, so obviously everybody ain't nuts. Wait till Chevy gets there. Of course then everything will be well, no need to complain. 400, hmmmmm, sounds like a majority to me. Wait till they all get there. Let's see, about 180 in Indy, maybe all the old cars should stay home. How about a better idea, take NItro's newly released stats, add weight to everyone under the leader in each class on a formula of 100 lbs per tenth and race all the way to the bottom. It don't matter if you have the same combo as the leader, you don't have to weigh the same. A new class; Obama Stock and Obama Super Stock. Another rule, no matter who wins each round, you get more weight by the margin of victory on the same formula. If you haven't raced yet, you get a one tenth head start just to even up any possilbe disadvantage. Now with all the genuis folks here, I am sure we can get the rules done and changed by Indy. Who can add something. I know Larry Hill got a rule or two, probably a Kentucky rule, if you are from Kentucky you get a two tenths head start. California gets a one tenth penalty. Have two homes and addresses, split the difference. New York and New Jersey and California and other green states people got to run pump gas. I'm on a roll here, help me. I got to go get pizza.
