I don't think Joe racer put that car up for sale, and Joe racer didn't buy it.So my comment stands,"I hope the seller took it in the shorts".
As far as buying/selling real estate I have no knowledge of the standards you go by in your transactions. There are honest brokers and dishonest ones.Same with used car salesmen.Only you know where you fit.In the end you reap what you sow.
The founders of this country set the standard for the way our society is based.Looks like
it's been corrupted by those sworn to uphold it.All in search of the mighty buck.
It's been a nice day.Yesterday I took the raggy old car to a car show in Cherry Hill benefitting a hospice dedicated to serving those who served us,veterans.Good day for all.

Double edge sword my *** - its how I choose to make my living - I'm in it for the money besides liking what I do everyday ( six / sometimes seven days/nights every week ) - how can you fault that ? Are you saying that everyday I deserve to "take it in the shorts" ? Sure sounds that way to me ...................And then you talk about standards I go by - sounds a little like you're trying to put some doubt in what I do ..........Go for it Ed - I'm ready to jump in . And yes - the almighty buck puts food on my table .
