guys you have to admit this has been fun. i have been working out in the boat shed working on my latest project a 28ft bertram that sid and jeff talked me in to buying .and when i come in for a break to see what new response you have come up with.good friends good stories. that is what i like about our drag racing famley.but adger just for the fun of it call or email sid and get him to tell you about me and tornado's i think you will enjoy. ask him about as coming back from amarillo and the tornado.

I think I'll call him. It might be a story that would be better when I could hear the inflection in his voice!! HA! I do love to here him tell stories.
Last year at the Engine Masters if there was a slow time Sid was right there with "Did I ever tell you about the time"?------Or he would ask Wesley "Do you remember old So and So when they raced"?.....They were outstanding. :~)

yes adger a boat is a big!!!!! hole in the water to put money in. i had a 28 bertram for 18 years and sold it in 03 and i missed it. so one day at the lunch room were we eat at every day. jeff walked in with an ad in the new orleans paper with one for sale. so me and sid took a ride to n.o. to look at it. it was a dog so sid found one on ebay in fla. a later model from the one i had. over a five month stay on ebay the owner took my offer. so i had it trucked in and the rest is history. but the amarillo story is worth the phone call you will like it. if you have a face book account look up me and go to my fishing pics. i have pics of me mark oswald the late less lovit from nhra. less took some great pics on some offshore trips we went on before he passed away. in fact the best pics he took with were with me less and james caro before he died.
