Thanks Jack and Ken for the updates it helps to see behind the scenes a little more. As a spectator yesterday the racing was great in the sportsmen level some real surprises in round one. I started using my cell phone for internet connection years ago and delt with crappy signal strengths. A cell phone seller turned me onto this source for external antennas that connect to your phone or wireless card:

Even the cheap, suction cup attach model more than doubled the signal strength at times. They have more db gain antennas that attach via magnetic mount that could be put on a pole or something.

Nice try Ken, but that 4 mph at the 660' you just can not make up.

Larry, I have raced Dave twice and he really starts coming at the 1/8. I was ahead of him by .073 at the 1/8, by the 1000 I was still had him by .010. After that i could have parked it, Dave's car is a rocket ship at the other end.

The weather was about the same a yesterday, but with some cloud cover. The starting line had teeth. Some picked up, a few others stayed the same.

I will try to get another in car cam for Super Stocks 2 round.

Lousy that they restrict 1320.go and then their 'live timing' isn't functioning correctly...true, we are spoiled by all the instant access to information but if they advertise live timing (and for that matter a decent website) then NHRA should deliver it!
