Money making SCAM. They just figure 50% won't send it back and they'll charge them $12.95. Heck even if you send it back you'll probably get charged the $12.95, then you'll have to make 20 calls to get your money back.
This Sh_t should be illegal to do. This reminds of the old record/cd clubs that would send you CDs you didn't want followed by a bill.
