Ed, I enjoyed reading your very honest message. I feel it's about time that all print media finally ask important questions about the running of NHRA. Mr Bennett I didn't read about any interviews you had with Mr Compton or Dallas Gardner either. I know you probably don't want to have your picture on a dart board as Jeff Burk has in his honor in Glendora. I want NHRA to survive and prosper but when the Emperor isn't wearing clothes, someone close to him has to let hin know. Claude Ruel

You never see tough investigative reporting about NHRA. Even with the IRS stuff going on Mr. Bennett made a couple of phone calls and decided there was nothing there. You have to dig for information. Imagine if Bernstein and Woodward had operated this way about Watergate. Why are these people not asking NHRA about all the enhancements of sportsman racers over the past few years? Why is there virtually nothing on dwindling contingencies, huge management salaries, increased fees, puny payouts? I haven't looked at their site in over a month because nothing substantial is on there.

Uh ohhh I think Bobby is beginning to feel like the guy in the first picture and the NHRA guys are the ones in the second one.

Well said Greg, too bad nobody from the Racing Media wants to ask tough questions concerning Sportsman Racers. I use to frequent Comp plus often, but it is all fluff nowdays. NHRA intimidates not only Sportsman racers, but also the Racing Media it seems.

Mr Bennett, once the hard question were ask from Mr Owens and he took the time to explain to you his client position it would have been nice to also ask the same question from Mr Compton and company. The person who inspired the letter to the IRS isn't trying to benefit from reporting to the IRS NHRA change procedure in running it's business, just clarification to make sure everyone is playing above board, CLaude.
