hell just using that data, and applying a standard deviation to the trap speed and using that in the AHFS would fix a lot

Show reaction time , 1/4 mile time & mph only.
And don't put out a qaulifying sheet til after final round qaulifying... And use the hp factor system on 1/8 mile times "if need to be"...... How you like dat ?? Call it D W's get- r - done hp system.

Different cars run the 1/8 mile differently. Even in the same class. High torque cars will do a lot better in the eight. I do agree with taking out the 1000' clocks in eliminations though.

They run the 1/8th different, but you won't see tenths different there. Just a few hundreths.
