I guess the moral of this story is:

If you do the time, you pay the HP. Or:

If you're not sure what it will run, lift at 1000 feet. Or:

If you're not sure what the vehicle is supposed to weigh, ask somebody that does know.

I don't think this is that much different than what happened to Fred Hensen. You go quick enough on a losing run, you're gonna get HP or a flag.

Also, just an FYI, the truck got 14 HP not 18.
