New HP IHRA

Since there is only one other car in the nation in D/FIA, I just don't think I will be going back with that motor. Either I won't go back at all or I will put a Hemi in it. Mike never did give me fair treatment on my 360 in Top Stock either. I expected it. I just can drive the car better with all the power in it. No big deal. They still good guys. And Mardi Gras is over anyway.

One class up, that's still 1.4 under. Still bad-fast. Given R&D time, Jeff and his guys will find some more in it.
