Yes.
My understanding, there is a form you fill out at your very 1st event of the year at any NHRA track. There is a $10 fee for the sticker they will give you. It's good at any NHRA track for the 2011 season. Doesn't matter if your scooter/atv/golf cart has proper insurance or not.
