I used to run the Ford Motorsport C6 transbrake valve body, which was actually made by Art Carr, and had his name on the casting. It held fine, but was slow releasing, especially on a 4 tenth Pro tree, and at times would roll ahead a bit when the button was pushed. On that valve body, the transbrake solenoid was actually a GM Turbo 400 kickdown solenoid bolted to the valve body, inside the pan.

Don't do it. Your waisting your money and the nightmares will began. I've ran all of them. The C-6 is not made for a brake. Put a brake on a C-4 or a GM tranny!!

What will happen to a C6 with a brake? My buddy @ work just had one put in his C6 it's for his 428 FE in his 69 Fairlane.
