another old guy gets 19...

For any of you who missed the Studebaker Avanti, I wasn't sure about it until I noticed the chrome spark plug/plug wires shields. One other car had those - the Corvette.

A fiberglass car doesn't block radio frequency (RF) waves so the wires were enclosed in metal so the radio could be heard without static.

I remember seeing one of these quizzes a while back with a picture of a single 4 barrel W-block. You had to decide whether it was a 348 or 409. As I remember, the oil dipstick is on different sides. That's a tough one.

On retest this 42 year old improved up to a 16 still having a hard time with some of the blown ones....

Terry: Snow and ice has been our thing here in the NE lately. Got some more last night more on the way for friday....but its a great training and practice for steering into the direction of the spin and short shifting!
