I think it's funny that when I lost to a DP car in Charlotte way back in March most everyone told me I should go work on my sh!t and these new cars were great for the class... Seems like many are singing a different tune now that these cars fit more classes than AA and A.

well now that they have made a 3 ring circuis out of the upper half of stock eliminator, people are starting to see the writing on the wall. It seems even those who have them know that the factor is bogus. Personally, I wouldn't take any pride in beating up crippled kids, but apparently some do. As that's exactly what has taken place at Indy, all the other stockers are crippled, some of us to a greater extent than others.

Hell, wait until a few of those "crate engine" CJ's get out there in the lower classes. Never mind what Ford has in store for 2011 and 2012. The volume will be the same, but I think some tears will replace the laughing.

What would be the big deal if these cars did end up in SS in there own class.
If NHRA was smart they always say SS is one of the most liked classes for the fans to watch right? Why not stick these in SSB/FX and SSA/FX and let them battle it out Hell I would watch that, All these Big name drivers running against each other in these cars letting it all hang out I think it would be great for Sportman racing....My2cents... They could even make it a Shootout like the Hemi's.

I thought for a moment that were joking about something that impacted your class. And since it doesn't, you can sit from your remote location and be a spectator and occasional commentator to this blood sport that nhra has created.
