It's not so much that Charles Blossom is a super engine builder as it is that he uncovered a combination that is woefully misfactored. Dwight -- Mockery ?? Maybe but i'm OK with it -- he found it and I didn't -- wish I did -- it was there for anyone to find and run and he had big enough kahoonas to spend his money and build it .Good for him ! !
