Drag Paks can. I think the 2010 CJ can. The 2008 CJ convert can.
I only know of one stick DP car and it has an auto in it now. Ronzello could run A Skillman is entered in A, but usually enters AA. Some of that won't shake out until Tech at Indy when they declare the class they will run in.
