283NOVA,

At least a 396/375HP engine should have been put in the 67' Nova..
with the aluminum heads. An absolute 'street monster'.

Wonder, could a 390 engine fit into the 1965 Mercury Comet engine compartment, and be streetable..
If not, a 306HP 289 would be 'kind-a-cute'.

The 68/69/70 Shelby GT-350's should have been eliminated.
The GT-500s should have come through with a dual-quad 428 only.

BBC 79 GM F-body. Even the 454 truck motor would have be unreal.
We did the conversion with pickup truck parts, crate motor and 454 flat intake.

There were factory-built L72 Chevelles and Camaros back in the late 60s. They were the COPO (Central Office Production Order) cars, and they're worth a ton. GM executives and certain performance-focused GM Dealers were allowed to place these special orders. That's where the ZL-1 1969 Camaros came from; they were all COPOs.

X-Tech,
A Hemi Pacer. Would love to see the Super/Stock springs work on the
egg-shaped car!

Someone mentioned the 70 AMX. A softer version of the S/S package.
The 390 with the new 70' Dog-leg style exhaust port heads, with
Mopar 440 valves. 11.0-1 compression, solid-lifter cam .(485 lift),
an aluminum dual-plane high-rise, and 750cfm Holley.
A nice HP-rating of say 360-370 (D/S or SS/G)
