You could do any of the above or just come to the NHRA National Open this week at Atco , NJ -- test and tune Thursday run by the track along with NHRA National Record runs then race on Friday , Saturday and Sunday before you head West .

I wanna go WEST....lol.....Actually the old man already made plans to fly into Houston on Saturday so he could rent a car and make a couple hr trip and meet us....that was the "thinking"

There is test/tune Friday in Vegas, Test/tune plus Stock/Superstock Combo testing plus brackets Saturday. I believe also Test/tune Thursday ( Check ). As always your welcome to use our shop and equipment! Everybody out here is anxious to meet you You could get in 3 days testing Also Sunday bracket time trial and S/SS eliminations plus Thursday does have Test/Tune I believe. Checked today NOT hursday testtune....track said they are not allowed to have test/tune for 10 days prior to Nat'ls unless part of another booked program...News to me.

Hmmmm....that wouldnt be bad but I dont think Id get there till Saturday....and dead tired at that.

Its an option, the old man probably wouldnt mind staying there in Vegas, hes cleaning up at the tables.

AND I forgot I owe you and yours dinner.

Well, Im "shooting" for St. Louis....but well...If I cant test on Friday, Im not running.

I NEED to redial fuel etc for the 5.7 and exhaust changes. Im not going to
go out and blow this thing up without a couple passes under it (well maybe itll blow up then but at least Ill have those couple more passes to help our morale and averages)

So is there any Testing Saturday AND/OR Sunday anwhere withing a couple hrs of St Louis ?

OR On a trek further westward ? (or even before) ?

I thought about hitting local, but If I dont get out of Ohio I never will......

Better for me to go far and break

But seriouslt my "triptik" will take me southwest to st lois then across to Vegas,

Any Midweek testing on the "trek" ?

The test and tune Friday night starts at 6 pm and runs till 9 pm. It is usually light in attendance. You can get some laps in without a problem. The weather looks good so far. Even cold, the track does well. Lots of inexpensive hotels in Colinsville, etc. not far from the track. Your best bet. The open is a Stock Superstock combo.

Thanks I just saw that, even if me and Mandie have to drive all day we should be good......assuming our car starts tommorow

And itll be good for another GP......

West of there between there and Vegas anyone know of any T&T during the week should we find things we want to change up and test ?
