I hate it . I absolutely hate it when my wife is right .Even she knew that when the NHRA tries to have more than one race in a single weekend it rarely works out .And then I heard about the bagfull of money I was going to spend on returning to the Phoenix "Double" --- not to mention the weather looked iffy for Saturday -- its a good thing she doesn't read this stuff -- she'll never know just how right she was -- if she did I'd never hear the end of it .I'll just call it a lucky guess on her part and leave it alone .Good thing the Nor'Easter came in and spoiled my plans .....if not I'd be eaten stuff for a long time ! ! See --- there really is a racing God -- and he saved my sorry butte again......I wonder if I'm still in ....and where ? ? ?

It looks like they have postponed the completion of National event again because of "continuing issues with the racing surface", but they still expect to complete the divisional this weekend.

Michele -- Very good question and I really don't have a clue but take this to the bank -- if I can return I will ............In spite of what some have written about Firebird Raceway I have no problem with returning there to race in both the National and Divisional races .
