Artie -- Spoke with Terry Welsh last week and it is the car ( SuperStock Magazine 's Project Six Pack ) that the late Mike Smith drove -- very restored and looks just like it did in 1974 .Terry has been invited by the current owners to be "with" the car when its being sold at this years Barrett-Jackson auction in Phoenix .

BTW ,my first big NHRA win came against this car - Englishtown Winston World Championship Series race in 1974 .Wouldn't you know it -- its' the one picture I don't have .....................

I was runner up to this car many times at the Super Stock races at Maple Grove.
