yeah but i found its not as consistent..ive got to find a happy medium. Didn't have time to play this year much. Am planning on renting a track with some others and do nothing but suspension changes all day.

i dont have any personal experience with them but a roundy roundy friend of mine was looking into them and had a couple machinists say they are brittle. said the block breaks up into pieces during a problem like a thrown rod or whatever. and yes i know they all do but apparantly the machinist felt it was worse than any he had seen in a similar situation.

Just bought one. Looks to be alot better than the money I threw away on a 400 block. Good looking casting, blind bolt holes, thick deck and cyl. walls.

Been looking at a SHP block also. I'm curious,, are you guys filling the block or are you going to run water through it? Thanks for any info.

Got the SHP block last week.
So far it looks like a nice piece for the money.
In the boreing and honing this week.
Will know more about it once I assemble for Decking.
Yes I am running water.
Keep the comments coming!
