BIG DADDY finally MADE A PLAN. He wanted to go racing with Kenny Martin, his best friend, and now they are forever leaving the line with a drink in hand..... Drag racing has lost a major celeb today. THE SHOE was one of the finest sportsman racers this sport will ever know.

You will not be forgotten by many. The lanes may stay the same but, the pits will always be yours Jimmy!!!!!!!!

Big Jim, WORDS can never describe how much you were thought of, his help and inspiration affected so many people. The never ending smile and laughter will be missed by so many, things just want be the same!
Tracey my heart felt sadness goes out to you and "Little Shoe" May the Good Lord Bless and Comfort you in this time of grief as well as the days ahead.
If there is anything that I can do to help you just let me know.
It is a very sad day!!!!!!
