....now that the Supreme Court has given the Chosen One's EPA the green light to make rules without Congressional approval, does anyone know how this may effect racing gas; and the sport of drag racing in general? Other sites are talking about this, there seems to be something in the wind....any news or inputs?

It wont, trust me......too much demand, and too many businesses around it, it may get pricier but itll be around.......
I heard the same thing for 30 years and you can still get racing gas.........just not for "highway" use. Hell how long did they keep lead in Marine/Aviation fuel....oh wait Avgas still does I think... Quote:

Let's hope it stays as is. But remember that Canada has been having issues with it and NASCAR had changed over to unleaded Sunoco a couple(?) or so years ago. The EPA may not need any important reasons to force changes besides gratifying the tree huggers and showing the average people what a "good job" they are doing.
