Sid,
What do you think is wrong with that system. The other HRA had it very similar to that way a long time ago. Then they changed the points system to where we have to travel about the country and miss many days of work to make a showing in the points.

At a party for our friend Mike Edwards to celebrate his Pro Stock title last week. I was talking to Robert Freeman, he told me the IHRA world champs only got a trophy for their wins. He said the last two cars in the Elite (Robert's family is Elite Motorsports) Pro Stock Shootout, when it rained, split the money (Think he said $29.000.00), but the world champ only got a trophy, and the Top Fuel champ got a trophy and his dinner bought. I will be suprised if they can find enough "pros" for their booked in shows next summer. I would look for more guys trying to step up and qualify at NHRA races.
