Can't they see that this affects any type of racing from Go Karts to Formula One cars, power boat racing, motorcycle racing; all of this creates revenue yet it's OK to let air planes to burn the same leaded fuel.
Looks like politicians are stupid no matter which side of the border they are on. Good luck guys, JimR

Don't think this is just a Canadian issue. Our brothers to the north may be fighting it now, but if they lose, it’s just a matter of time till politicians down here jump on the bandwagon. And our fight will be even harder, cause some tree hugging demmy will point north and say "they did it, so should we."

to eliminate comp.leaded fuel wich is less than5% and let aviation fuel continue is the most rediculious decision i have herd,just like the canadian emmision test,if car fails test and you spend over $400.00 in repairs at a authorized service centre,and still fails you are given a pass till next test,car is still putting out bad emmisions ,and then 100 miles away they have no test,ontario and canadian government are a joke , i fly a italian and a U.S flag on my home thats it.. venting
