No Ed, we do allow the computer game toys and all that comes along with it. Basicly, if someone has a car thats falls within the rules of NHRA S/ST and/or IHRA H/R they are welcome and encouraged to come race with us. The only exception to the NHRA and IHRA rules is we do not enforce a minimum weight. By not having the minimum weight rule we have attracted some S/G racers to come race with us also. We do have some racers running with us that choose not to use the electronic gadgets, and they have proved to us at times that they are not necessary to winning races . The one exception that hasn't been allowed so far is the use of nitrous, which is not allowed according to the current rules of either _HRA.
We have tried to pattern our series after the very sucessful Southern Stock/Super Stock Association which is headed up by Jim Woods and Jim Wahl. Hey Dan Moore, you're #1. ![]() RIP Mark Graham

Actually it's for all 10.90 1/4 mile and 7.00 1/8 mile in racers, with or without electronics, foot brakers included, and no weight minimum, so super gassers can put a bunch in their throttle stops and race with us too.
The Southeastern 10.90 Outlaw Association welcomes almost every one. (no illegal devices and no nitrous, left hand drive only) Dan has a strange way of getting interest stirred up (but he means well). Remember it's difficult to tell what's sarcasm, joking, or mean spiritedness on the internet. Just my 2 cents: Those pay outs aren't fair. The entry fee should be directly related to pay outs. It is exactly like big government.... the little guy pays for every one and gets shafted. Time to change that.

Maybe you could get some Obama stimulus money for this project since it would use surplus govt. vehicles. On second thought maybe not because you're burning fossil fuels and leaving a carbon footprint. I still think it's a great idea. You could index them into 3 classes..... 1. 1/4 load of mail 2. 1/2 load of mail 3. Full load of mail (the winner is the guy that can haul the mail) Hey Dan Moore, you're #1. ![]() RIP Mark Graham

Ed, in the spirit of 2 things I know are close to your heart (NHRA and Big Government
![]() Now if the racer has equipment that makes one question if he would make it to the next race or not, he should not only be fined for the violation, but have his mail truck taken out back and crushed. If the racer appears to be of questionable state of health, especially due to advanced age....well, you can fill in the rest of the story. Hey Dan Moore, you're #1. ![]() RIP Mark Graham

Mr. Moore
If you really interested in how it's done We at the Midwest Supercomp Series have been paying out 100% to the racers for more than 20 years. the entry fee is $100 plus what ever the track wants (usually $15-$20 bucks) Payout starts with the first round winners with the rest of the payout determined by the number of cars. Several Super Gas and Super Street associations have come and gone in the midwest over the last twenty years so We must be doing something right. If your in the midwest next summer come check us out @ http://www.midwestsupercomp.com/ Regards
