I put on on my small block. It pulls a steady 5". I only turn it on before going into the water, and turn it off after the lights because I'm not sure how much current it is using.

I used an electric EGR pump from a 90's Chevy LT1 as a vacuum pump. Never did measure the vacuum, but it seemed to perform as well as a header pan vac. However, I took it off because it got to be a pain. Had to be turned on before the burnout, then off after the pass because the constant vacuum would limit oil to the rings when it was needed at lower RPM.
