You can now buy a cheap scan tool from Kragen that will read any OBD2 code and give a breakdown
on any vehicle equipt with OBD2 or you get a little nicer one from Mac tools that does the same and has some extra features such as Web updates and comes with a cable for USB. I have the MAC one and it works great lets you also Clear the codes. Cost $100.00
