Homer Carty was there and he was 9 in the world....im sure he wouldn't have hesitated to run if they would have let him in...... ps.has anyone figured out how they are going to do the 09 all star race...DRM states its going to be div champs and all star winners but they are putting people in by div. points right now...haven't figured it out yet
