Cool down unit

I was looking at a cool down unit. anyone use this?
How well does it work.
It would be allot cleaner than jugs of water.

Who builds them?
CAN YOU BUILD YOU OWN?

We built one for our comp car that is inexpensive . We can go to the starting line at 50 degrees.Give me a call and I will tell you how or we have built some for others.
