Tom Comptons Letter!

Strange after reading such a compassionate letter I didn't see anything about lowering fees or grade points to help out in these tough economic times. Fishing is looking better all the time.

Maybe I missed it but I did not see anything on this about the sportsman racer, it all seems to have to do with the Pro's & their teams the fans & sponsors and of course the big cheeses of the NHRA.

Jack, i see you have read the letter, makes you wonder! You know i have been racing for longer that i remember, but this is the first time that i have felt that They NHRA could care less about how we feel, The Tech department is even worst. Where this is headed, i do not know but until we, the racers, have a voice in NHRA. it will not get any better. I would like to hear some of your ideas on this. Time to act and stop talking!

Woodro, I know that a few years back the Teuton's made NHRA an offer for Sportsman drag racing. maybe they would actually entertain that offer now.

You are right Trevor........ the Sportsman Racer was not specifically mentioned in the letter..... and why would we be.......... we have proven from year to year that we will be there to pay the bills to support and keep the NHRA running regardless of how we are treated or what economic situations exist........ but HEY, they did give us that SRAC to make us think we have a voice....... LOL
