This one has been coming for a long while. Robin talks way too much sh!t...
The NMCA is probably the best place to run something like this. They are always supportive and the race surface is usually top notch. I also don't see NHRA allowing us to run a "best of three" during prime time at a National. The NMCA has graciously agreed to this. On top of that, both of us have to consider our averages. I will have to add weight to get past Robin's whining. The class that we have agreed to is FS/G. I have no worries that Robin's junk will pass a tear-down. It just isn't worth the effort to prove what we already know. Neither one of us is geared towards building intentionally bogus cars. If and when the NHRA wants to see inside my 302, I will gladly tear it down. This should be a fun match race. What could be better than two high revving 302's running at the same weight heads-up? Classic Ford vs Chevrolet!
