I have it on good authority that the language of the rule is going to be changed to delete the word “primary,” thereby making what the Williams Bros had done legal. Doesn’t help them this weekend though.

It’s like getting ticketed for going 35 in a 25 mph zone and then they raise the speed limit the next day.

Not really anything new....
In 1966 after being tossed for a camshaft, a few weeks later we received a letter stating the cam we had was now accepted. This was an off the shelf cam from a Chevy dealer.....
