If it was, then NHRA would have allowed either a change, or just run it that way ![]()

Funny thing here is there were 6 cars there. The 2 they inspected were on the same team. Wouldn't it make sense if you're checking 2 cars, you would check one from each team and if one failed, check other team cars?
Did they check and factory stock car intakes with the scanner? Have to really love NHRA. Cant wait to see the scanner used in other classes. The real question is was the scanner paid for with the fines from the US nats disqualifications. The safety safari is going to have some over the top exotic equipment next season with all the fines levied this year. Cant wait to see it #roll-eyes |

that class isnt growing much seems to me...me thinks that the racers that want to put that much effort and money into one of those cars is already racing pro stock...and with the weekly rules pencil dont see it growing much.. |

Pro Stock Truck drew a lot more interest than this new "class".

The National Hot Rod Association has many decisions to make for the future of the sport don't they?
Billy Nees is correct (as usual) FX seems to be unsustainable in it's current configuration. I like the idea of Pro Stock Truck (can imagine the giant egg on their face) but it is sustainable. Pickup trucks are here forever. |

They sure do Frank! If they want to stay in business for a bit more than the foreseeable future.
