He's on the sheet with a 305. Unless they have his combo wrong, which they did with a handful of cars.

Hell I ain't trying to outrun him. I also realize when I put this combo together it was fairly popular, it doesn't surprise me people are fast and pushing the envelope with it. It's his prerogative to run his 'bu as hard as he wants. What stinks is they won't look at anything I do because I can't run his class, nor will any of my runs be fast enough for them to take into account anyway :/
I wish he'd cool it a touch but I also understand it's hard work and $$$ to get where he's at. More power to him.

Dawson, It looks like you were the only N Automatic at Gainsville, this past weekend. I wouldn`t think there are many, anywhere you go. Don`t worry about the HP and just have fun.
Can you explain " I need the back tire.... and maybe the brake"? Asking for a friend ![]() Last edited by Mike Jones; 02-27-2024 at 06:24 PM. |

Back tire and the brake are grudge racing terms. Giving someone the "back tire" allows them to stage with there back tires to give them a car length head start. Giving someone "The Brake" or "The Move" is allowing them to leave first and you react to when their car leaves, then you go. So when I say I need the back tire and the brake, I'm basically just saying I need a pretty substantial head start.
