Dan, it's not as much working hard as spending hard. a lot of racers don't have the wallet to buy all the "enhanced parts"to go fast.

Billy,
You do realize that they is more of a chance of getting hurt playing Pickle Ball than making runs down the track?

Ok I'm still confused though. He runs a 81 Malibu 305, would that not mean he is in the same combo with me w/ dished pistons? Is there another combo not shown on class racer? How do I know he has flat top pistons and not the same combo as I? This crap is too complicated. Please somebody educate me.

Plus those pickle ball players with fat wallets have "enhanced paddles"

Yep, for me knee surgery for torn menicus, shoulder surgery for torn labrum/rotator cuff and separated SI joint all from playing Pickleball. Drag racing gave me sore wrists from coming down hard on a wheelstand (bent sterring wheel) and a broken finger working on the car. Pickleball is much more risky to my health.
