I'd try increasing the pressure but 13psi is usually good. Is this car heavy?
I 60' in the 1.4's mid to high 6's 3k pounds on TB with 29x10.5W on 10" wheel and tires last a long time. The 10.5W's are stiffer sidewall. Have you tried tubes, I always run tubeless but they say they will stiffen the sidewall. I hear you on the non radial friendly tracks, I ran MT PBR's for a season and they were great until they weren't.
