The Fast Lane Truck has a YouTube channel that has a lot of videos of loaded trucks pulling the gauntlet up to the Eisenhower tunnel, plenty doable but your rig needs to be in good shape. Recommend the channel, they have some interesting road tests.

I totally agree on taking 80! 70 is rough and the grades and curves at speed are brutal!

We took 80.....
Quit a bit of Road Construction but easy trip! In Fallon we were only 25 - 30 miles from 80 = probably only 50 miles longer than 50 to 70. We will see everyone tomorrow afternoon.
