Dad bought a 67 New Yorker for parts, had the 440-2 barrel, closed chamber heads (915) with the small exhaust valve, small cam. I used those heads after putting in the 1.74 ex on my 383 in the Duster.

Perhaps.....difficult swap as engine is an inch or two wider and taller plus
manifold are totally different configuration and shape( look sort of like A engine with plug between them rather than below ). Totally different water pump setup .... high and in front of engine.
