Harlan was a fixture at Pacemakers…a track that’s been around since the mid-fifties.
The US Nationals just finished a couple of days ago. 30 years ago, Harlan was standing there at the starting line in the final, when his good buddy Roy Dean runner-upped with their R/SA Chevy wagon to Gary Long’s F/S Mercury.
