kinda---do not want an air horn which those are--just the outer rim portion really more like a velocity stack than a K&N stub stack which these are--FED 387

Had a hard look through the 2014 NHRA rule book(stock elim.) to find a definition of
when an air cleaner base becomes a "velocity stack".
If there is one I could not find it.
