From a marketing standpoint, they got to love it. For the average Joe sitting in the stands or reading the mags, that doesn't have a guide or rulebook to refer too....it just looks like that new stuff is just putting a whoopin on all that old iron.

They wouldn't have got as much bang for the buck if those cars were lost down in the ladder or qualifying sheet, because they had the correct HP applied to them.
