Hey Ken, remove alternator even if it's charging, JB had an issue similar to yours RF signal interfering with ignition, but funny only on top end,GROUNDS!!!!! BLOCK, FIREWALL, CHASSIS, CAGE, ETC. GOOD LUCK FRANK, FINALLY GOING FOR THAT MUCH NEEDED HIP REPLACEMENT

Good luck with the surgery Frank.

I made a pass with the alt. belt off thinking the same thing, didn't help. Checked and cleaned all the grounds several times, no luck.

I've been talking to Rich Aman all along and he's a bit stumped on this. He's one of the best diagnostic guys that I know and if he's out of ideas, UUGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!
