QA1 help

Well, I decided to get a set of QA1 Stocker Star double adjustable adjustable
rear shocks. All I needed was ANOTHER set of adjustments to go with my
adjustable PP, adjusting my disc/flywheel gap and adjusting my Cal Tracs!!!
I first called QA1 tech line for a bit of info on base line adjustments and a few
hints to get me started.
The guy keep saying "it depends". By the end of the conversation I needed
depends.
It seems to me that I need some extension(?) to help plant my rear tires.
I started with 6 clicks of compression and 10 clicks of extension,per QA1
instruction(s).
Well my 60 ft are not where I would like. I believe that(for me) a 1.50 60 ft
should be attainable.
Any one that could suggest a next step or any info would be great.
