ASRA ,,, Markow leaves no doubt

All Star Racing Association finished up the season with a spectacular weekend of great weather and great racing. Mark Markow held the Banks points lead coming into the weekend by 1 or 2 rounds.

He warmed up Saturday in the prestigious ASRA 16 car Boucher's shootout by besting the field and knocking off Todd Bednaz in the final.

Sunday brought more great weather, cooler and sunny. There were 8 racers with a chance to win the season Banks points, but Mark truly showed championship form and won Sunday's race over 47 tough racers. Mark won 3 of the 6 races this year . He swept the weekend and won the championship going away.
