Surefire way to make AHFS work

There is a quick way to make the AHFS (automatic hp factoring system) work. Soft combos continually will not qualify or make elimination runs faster than -1,00 under the index. I would try and combat that by giving anyone that qualifies better than -1.00 gets a first rd bye. Now that's a reason to cut her loose. First rd is always the toughest to get past.

Reward those that want to run fast... BUT, they will also be excellerating the review process.

ps.... Had too much time, while it rained here in Charlotte.... mind was in high gear...lol
