Talking Re: 1970-72 classification of 68 chevelle ss 396/375

Had a 68 SS in high school '83 and built a 427 for it. Sold it in '98 to build first super stock car. Found this body 3 years ago and been gathering parts. Want to look like it was found in a barn as raced in super stock ~1970-73? Have Lakewood ladder bars, moroso mech tach, S&w gauges, winters shifter. Looking for some super tricks or nice cragars for front. Thinking about even adding tow hooks to front. Want to add class designation letters to windows but not sure which class.

Have 496 done, should make 670hp with 4000 stall and 4:11. At 3800, hope will run low 11s- high 10s.

Plan to have done for Hot Rod Power Tour in Charlotte in June.
