Evolution of HP Factors
What was the process that moved the '72 Cleveland Mustangs from I/SA to E/SA? Did this come about as a result of numerous assaults on the index, or was there an adjustment to the factors by NHRA? Just attempting to get a better perspective of the history of my combination.
 Been around for sometime - wasn't paying attention.
