Drill a small hole at each end of the crack. This will help keep the crack from spreading any more. Then cover the whole crack up with RV roof sealer. You can buy it in a caulking gun tube for about 8 dollars at a RV dealer. This is not the "right" way to do it but its cheap, quick and will keep the water out to prevent more damage.
