Default Re: dot compliance

My trailer is a 2 axle with a gvw of 9,670 so I am safe.
I do not pull a stacker like many do.
I have been through Neb. many times and had no trouble.
I also do not stop at the scales. No one has chased me down yet and I now have 100,000 miles mostly going racing with the trailer behind me. Most of those were without the Class B I got this last year.
Like I said it all depends on the officer who takes a look.
I have friends who have had trouble with their 1 ton dually and trailer due to the 26,001 and many officers just do not like race cars when they look inside the trailer.
Nothing is totally safe.
My 2 Cents
