Lokar is nice because of its flexibility ,However they do fill very slowly .
As Alan said check the calibration . It doesn't matter who makes them every one I've ever checked was wrong.
Here's a bulletin from Turbo Action on the correct calibration

Good to know as I have to drop my pan as it leaks from the cork gasket I installed dry.
